Customized IVR Solutions

Aprisi Assure’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) capabilities include two specific solutions:

Smart Appointment Scheduling: This solution integrates with your CRM and uses IVR to pull customers’ contact information when they call your business. The IVR script allows them to connect with the department that will resolve their issue. Once the customer requests an appointment, the IVR helps them with scheduling an appointment within their desired timeframe. After the IVR asks if they’d like a confirmation text, a message is sent out. If the customer decides to drop out of the IVR script, they will be transferred to a live agent, and all of their information will be sent to that agent.
IT Help Desk Incident Handling: This feature can provide the number of calls in the queue just like a traditional IVR system. The customer decides whether they want to wait for the next available agent or hang up and call again later. It also offers self-service solutions for faster issue resolution, including leaving a message, having the system automatically call back, and sending a text message with a link to a self-service ticket entry page. These options help customers find a solution to their problem even if they cannot connect directly to a live agent.
